Linda has enjoyed a successful career focused on developing people and organizations. After leading organization development and leadership development inside large organizations, she started her consulting practice over twenty years ago. Linda has consulted with, and developed and facilitated programs and elegant solutions with global and local leaders across many industries and functions.

Linda earned her MS in Organization Development at Loyola University, and is continuously adding new knowledge, approaches and tools.  Certification in The Leadership Circle individual 360 profile and The Leadership Culture Survey,  along with a range of other individual and organizational assessment and feedback tools means there is always the right tool for every client.  

Linda develops her own leadership practices and presence by giving back.  From Girl Scout troop leader to a seven-year tenure as Board Chair for Orbert Davis' Chicago Jazz Philharmonic (CJP) to board member of a community-family foundation (Keep Doing Great Things), she is always learning while leading and supporting others.
